At eTax Services Inc, we will always stand behind our work. If eTax Services Inc ever makes a mistake preparing your tax return, we will pay any penalties and interest associated with our mistake. Simply bring in the first IRS letter you receive and we will take care of the rest.

eTax Services Inc will pay as long as the client brings in the 1st letter they receive from the IRS within 30 days. eTax Services Inc will not be liable for any increase in Tax Liabilities or money owed because of our error, we will only be liable for any additional amount incurred in the form of interest and penalties.

The client will still be liable for any amount that is increased by the IRS and any overpayment that the client should not have received to begin with. This is a standard business practice. Should you have any more questions or need clarification, please contact one of our representatives.
